    Such a slow staff, It took them 30 min for a 20$ order barely a car in driv through, and I was the only customer in store.

    I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and disgust regarding a recent experience at your KFC location in Lindsay, Ontario. My husband purchased a chicken sandwich earlier today, and while driving, he took a bite and immediately sensed something was off. Upon turning on the vehicle's lights, we were horrified to discover that the chicken inside was completely raw and pink in the middle. This is not only incredibly disgusting, but it's also a serious health hazard. My husband unknowingly consumed raw poultry, and we are now gravely concerned about potential food poisoning. The thought of eating uncooked chicken is stomach-churning, and the potential health implications are deeply worrying. What has made this situation even worse is the utterly unprofessional and uncaring response from your management team. When we brought this critical issue to their attention, their attitude conveyed a complete lack of concern or responsibility. We were left with the distinct impression that they were unwilling to properly address such a severe food safety breach. This indifference to a customer who has just been served raw food is absolutely appalling and frankly, insulting. Serving raw chicken is a fundamental failure of food preparation and safety standards. To then follow it up with such a dismissive managerial response is completely unacceptable. We are absolutely disgusted with both the food quality and the management at this location. This is an insane oversight, and we expect a much more serious and caring resolution to this dangerous incident.

    Absolutely terrible service. My first and LAST experience with this location. I placed an order through the KFC online app to this store for delivery to my house.When I first received the order, I noticed something was off when I did not see the drinks beside the food bag nor in the bag. Multiple items were MISSING, from the large fries, the sauces, utensils and the drinks. Totally messed up on the zinger twister wrap, which was NEVER received, however, instead was provided with a zinger sandwich along with an extra big crunch sandwich (which I never asked for). When I called the store to make a complaint about the missing items and a mess up with the sandwiches, I was only met over the phone with an apology and no resolution on how to proceed towards fixing the complaint other than “rewarding me with a complimentary item” or “come to the store to pick up the order”. Mind you, I had paid the delivery fee and also gave a tip in the app. I explained to them that I am unable to come to the restaurant, hence that is why I paid for delivery and asked if there was any way to send someone with a replacement order as this is a mistake on THEIR end. The store only kept apologizing and proceeded to say they “could not honour that” and that supposedly their “system does not allow that as it was through third-party and they don’t have anyone to deliver it to me.” At this point, I was very frustrated and verbally expressed that I had paid a lot of money for not only the food but also to have it delivered and it is not fair that a bunch of items were missing. They proceed to again apologize and tell me to “re-order the missing items.” I found no help whatsoever and contacted the general customer service line and explained my situation to which they sympathized with and I proceeded with attaining a refund instead. I will NO LONGER be ordering from this location. KFC needs to do better in training your service workers to properly communicate with customers when there is a complaint rather than overly apologizing and not trying to offer a PROPER resolution to the customer in the moment.
