  My family & I went here for my son’s birthday. I Specifically asked for nothing with any type of spice , at all , my husband even said she’s a ‘no spices girl ‘they said the plate of pasta with a meat kabob of some kind had no spices . But when I got it, it was full of some unusual spice in both the meat & pasta that I couldn’t eat . I apologized to the waitress & said I didn’t want it , I only tried 1 small bite of the meat & pasta & I knew it was way too spiced for me . So I assumed they’ll take it back & instead I just got small fries & gravy . Which didn’t arrive til everyone else was done eating. They left the plate I didn’t want on the table & said “take it home maybe your husband will eat it.” I said fine, thou I didn’t even want it, but when the bill came they had charged me for this yucky spicy food I didn’t want & didn't eat . I didn’t ask to take it home , I just figured when she said “just take it home” that she couldn’t return it to kitchen cuz I had took a bite of it . But they charged me (the full price )for it . I’m not one to normally complain or send food back, but I really couldn’t eat this . I didn’t think it was fair to charge me for it . I was very shocked . Anytime I’ve ever seen someone send food back they aren’t charged for it if they were not satisfied with their order . If I buy a tv and watch it for an hr & don’t like the colors on it or something I can return it and at least get a refund or even a store credit. Which would have been fine. But the way they did that, then still charged me was very Bad customer service. I didn’t complain cuz I didn’t want to make a scene on my sons bday . but I was definitely not impressed . Saying that the kids & husband liked their meals so we just paid w/ a good tip as always & left . But I just didn’t feel that was right . Especially when the fries didnt even get to the table in time for me to eat with the family & everyone ended up having to wait for me to eat . Anyway unfortunately I had a bad experience at Kelsey’s .

  Sabrina was our server..excellent The food was hot and delicious. Our 95 and 85 year old friends so enjoyed the fish and chips. Definitely will be back.

  Not sure if it's my bad luck. But they burn the burger every time. So I won't be chancing it anymore. They don't know how to cook a burger in my experience

  Had take out banquet burger. $20 bucks For those that don't know banquet burger. Bacon, peamal, cheese. Delicious. Usually go new years eve as a pre game meal Had a craving so hit it up mid year Way better than any fast food burgers. Will return Dec 31.
