I ordered ahead on the app and arrived right on time in the drive through. There was one person ahead of me in line and we were waiting there for 15 minutes. When I finally received the food it was cold, and the toppings were wrong on both burgers I ordered. My soft drink tasted like water. Really disappointing compared to my usual experience with Harvey’s and I don’t think I’ll be back.

Have to say I’m really disappointed and don’t think I’ll be ordering again.

Waited in line 30 minutes for a warm burger.. no staff, the young girl at the front was ran off her feet. She was doing take out and store front..Uber etc..not sure where the rest of the staff was on a Friday at 5pm. Will never return. The young girl at the front needs a raise or medal for dealing with that mess..
