- SRScott RDec 20, 20252.0Ordered delivery. Expected 540-6pm. Arrived 620pm. Asked for delivery to be put in front porch. Found driver leaving food outside on the front doorstep (in winter!) Worst part - food was cold. All of it. Not sure if this was due to the driver doing other deliveries on route, or if the food was sitting for a while before he collected it. Have to say I’m really disappointed and don’t think I’ll be ordering again.

Waited in line 30 minutes for a warm burger.. no staff, the young girl at the front was ran off her feet. She was doing take out and store front..Uber etc..not sure where the rest of the staff was on a Friday at 5pm. Will never return. The young girl at the front needs a raise or medal for dealing with that mess..

It's rediculious and seriously needs to be addressed for this type of restaurant. On top of how slow - food is usually cold and tiniest amount of toppings on burgers and missing items. So frustrating.
