    The service was absolutely horrible. We ordered our food, and received nothing but sass and awkward hesitation to make our food. We then waited 15 minutes for them to serve other customers while our food sat there before we could pay. Then I paid with gift cards and the cashier proceeded to tell me that the card was not a subway card, even though it said subway on it, and refused to do anything with the card. Overall left us feeling frustrated and annoyed with the whole experience.

    Very disappointing experience at this Subway location. The sandwiches were completely overloaded with sauces, which made the bread extremely soggy within about 5 minutes. Instead of enjoying the sub, it turned into a messy and unpleasant meal because the bread could not hold together. The service was also quite poor. After packing the order, the cashier simply placed the food on the delivery/pickup rack without saying anything or even letting me know that my order was ready. There was no acknowledgment, no basic courtesy like calling out the order or handing it over directly. I had to notice it myself sitting there. Customer service is a big part of the dining experience, even for quick-service places. A simple “your order is ready” or handing the bag to the customer would have made a big difference. Unfortunately, the lack of communication and the careless way the food was prepared made the whole experience feel rude and unprofessional. I hope the staff pays more attention to how the food is prepared and improves customer interaction, because this visit was not a pleasant one.

    The manager there who is retiring soon is the best out there. She's run the tightest cleanest Subway I've ever been to ion 20 years.
