  Absolutely ridiculous. Many menu items not available, lobby was not clean, waited nearly 30 minutes for our food with 1 person ordering after us and we only got 2 combos. After 15 minutes of waiting we were informed that an item ordered was not available unless we wanted to wait 15 minutes for more to be made. Received our food and it was cold and 2 of the 3 tenders weren't even whole.

  Chicken was not crispy, barely had any coating Washroom dirty and in disrepair Poutine was a glob of gravy and cheese on top of lukewarm fries Seemed to be out of many of the sauce options, no Pepsi etc.

  awful service. It took over a half hr to get e combos. The restaurant itself is filthy! Theres dirt and grime on the walls and floor. The bathroom was gross, toilet paper roll just sitting on the floor. I will not be returning to this location

  Always They are accepting orders online even if they don’t have that products when you will visit store for pickup your order then they will tell that we don’t have items. This happened 3 three time with me Zero recommended this store to purchase food

  Ordered a big crunch and popcorn chicken. Been sitting in the parking lot waiting for 15 minutes now minimum.... so I went inside to see what the heck was taking so long and she tells me "it's just not up yet".... We were the first people and only people here when we arrived. Going on over 20 minutes now as I wrote this still no food. Absolute joke, I could have cooked and put up a dozen chicken sandwiches by now
