    I ordered 2 mcchickens, 1 normal add cheese & 1 spicy remove lettuce. Worker adds a bacon delux mcchicken (for some reason), I corrected this at the first window and made it very crystal clear what my order was. Then after getting sent forward I was given a normal mcchicken no cheese added, and a spicy mcchicken with cheese added. Like I seriously do not understand. I spoke very simple English trying to my best to over explains the very minor request and yet it was still basically like pulling teeth 🙃

    I ordered 4 frank red hot mc chickens with extra hot sauce and got 4 with no hot sauce so I drive back to McDonald’s with my receipt just for them to say they can’t do anything because I don’t have my food. Even worse they could not even speak proper English I had to say my order 5 times super slow like talking to a toddler worst place ever wasted 40 dollars and a sandwich I could have made at home faster and better

    Textbook example of how not to run a restaurant. Product quality is terrible, prices are ridiculous, order accuracy is poor, hygiene standards are an afterthought, staff communication abilities are lacking. I could go on. There's a much better restaurant right across the road (Jose's) where you can get a much better experience in all of the above criteria where you most likely will not have an experience you will regret.

    Even for fast food I don't really expect quality. But regardless of the time of day, whether at noon or 10:30 at night I'd be happy to wait another minute for hot food. I shouldnt have to microwave my food to make it WARM when I go right from the drive through to my home five minutes away. Fries are colder than the drinks you serve
