    We went in because our grandson wanted poutine. We generally avoid this location, because staff is generally rude and the order is never right. I stated 4 times that the chicken sandwich needed to be plain. No lettuce. No mayo. Just the bun and chicken. The young lady did not speak English. Apparently, she is the Assistant manager, fresh from Tunisia. The cook also does not speak English. I told him no mayo. No lettuce. He just stared. The sandwich had lettuce and mayo on it. One of the fries was missing, the other was stone cold. I took it back up and asked for it to be remade, however, the assistant manager had no idea what I was saying. My chocked was so greasy, I couldn't eat it. Karen came to handle the situation. She was very professional. She made a fresh sandwich and fresh fries. She was very pleasant and helpful. The Assistant manager could not answer any questions about the food. Every customer had issues ordering and came back with food that was made incorrectly. Why can no one in this location speak English at all? I have no issues with migrants and frankly, I'm great with accents! However, the young cook speaks NO English and the Assistant manager speaks very, very little. This isn't even fair to them! We won't be back. We truly don't recommend this place. Bad food, incorrect order, and poor customer service ... Except for Karen. Thanks!

    Very disappointing experience at this KFC location. The service was extremely poor from start to finish. The employee at the drive-through did not understand our order, which caused confusion from the beginning. We waited approximately 45 minutes for our food and eventually had to go inside the restaurant to get it ourselves. When we finally received the order, it was incomplete and prepared incorrectly. Overall, the staff seemed disorganized and unprepared. This was a frustrating experience, and unfortunately I would not recommend this location based on this visit

    Second time this has happened, so now it’s getting a review. I placed an online order at 4:00 PM for a 5:30 PM pickup. My wife arrived at the drive-thru at 5:27 to pick it up and was told to pull around and that they’d bring the food out to her. They didn’t. She sat in the car for 15 minutes with no food, no update, nothing. So she went inside to find out what was going on. Then she stood there for 7 minutes (I’m not exaggerating, literally 7 minutes) before anyone even acknowledged her at the counter. And when someone finally showed up, they ignored her and took an order from a walk-in customer, then served that customer first, right in front of her, while she’s standing there waiting for a prepaid order that was supposed to be ready. End result: she waited 45 minutes after the scheduled pickup time for an order that was pre-placed. This is beyond bad service. It’s careless, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable. The service here is atrocious, easily some of the worst I’ve ever seen anywhere. And to be clear, it wasn’t busy. My wife was basically the only customer, aside from one other car in the drive-thru and the walk-in you decided to prioritize over the person who already paid and was already waiting. If you can’t handle a simple online pickup order when you’re not even busy, what exactly are you doing back there? This location needs new management and a staff that understands the most basic concept of customer service. At minimum, train your team or replace them. Immediately.

    Went here after visiting some friends. Started ordering and was told they ran out of chicken and they had no biscuits. First time going to a kfc with no chicken.
