- WWWendy3 days ago1.0We ordered 2 onion rings and 2 chicken burgers. The onion rings were so under cooked, I could tell as soon as I opened the box. They were very light coloured and as soon as I grabbed one it was soft, greasy and mushy, they should be crispy. The burger was ok except for the bun, I took a bite and the bun fell apart.

It’s a 0/10 for accuracy. Strangely, they get it right when I'm there in person, but the online kitchen staff clearly isn't reading the tickets. I’m tired of paying for food I have to throw away. Fix your ticket routing for delivery orders.
