Add a star if the owner is not working there. Take a star off if he is. He treats nickels like manhole covers and the amount of food and sauce you receive is much less if he is working. I suggest walking out if you see him, that is, unless you enjoy being ripped off.

The owner was out making our food and was disrespectful to us. I cant speak for my friends sub but my bacon was undercooked my sub lacking substance and a barely cut barely toasted bun. when I asked for more toppings he complained about how hard it is to run a business then when I asked for a little mayo he drenched it and continued to complain during cash out. I love subway and go often but I will be avoiding this location and any other he owns.

Place an order last night for food for my daughter and I just had surgery. Battling some very serious stuff right now and my child requested a sandwich and I said well let's just order one from Subway figuring it's just around the corner from my place of residence. I said why not so on doordash I had put my order in. I got everything came to my house. I opened it up. Didn't seem to be any foul Play. Freaking order was entirely wrong all of it and it looked half-assed put together so I politely called over to the store. I spoke to a guy who was rude and was adamant that he put it together properly but I asked him what was on it. He said he had to pull up the order. I said you just made this less than 10 minutes ago. You don't remember what you put on it. You have to look at the order and then he went on to be combative and I said oh I'm not going to be sitting here arguing can I speak to your manager? He's like I'm calling her right now. Her name is Donna. I said well. Can you ask Donna to call me? Donna will not call you. She'll never call you. She doesn't call people like you. Okay? Well then in that case I'll just call tomorrow and I'm throwing up my food. Yeah you go ahead and throw at that food. I said well it's non-edible and it looks terrible and I can't really say this is what I ordered and there's also an allergy. So I had picked a different type of cheese which ultimately I didn't get for my child. Turns around I say goodbye. I received nine phone calls back to back to back to back to back to back to back to back to back to back to back to back to back to back. Gentleman was absolutely crazy and disrespectful and the fact that he had to keep calling you while I was trying to get food for my child late at night while I'm recovering for major surgery. Was all to say this is how the whole experience went disrespectful, rude and entitled
I would appreciate a full refund immediately as well as respect from future occurrences but I don't know if I'll be returning
Unappetizing and it was completely squished like someone stepped on it. Out of spite gentlemen should not be working in food industry with people. People like this should be grateful. They actually even have a job
