Ordered through the app i always pay extra for a separate gravy because they never put enough and today they decided to not send any gravy none in the poutine none on the side close your damn store if you can’t follow simple requests

We have ordered here multiple times and the service is terrible the staff have no clue what they are doing. We live two mins away so nice and convenient and I started ordering from dougall instead. So tired of our orders missing stuff or being completely wrong. Where’s the customer service and training.
The location seems like its often short staffed, with no one available at the till, and staff is always in a rush.
Maybe they should discontinue table serve.
The rushed staff seems to affect the food assembly accuracy. My Decaf 2s/1c coffee was given to me as Full Caffeine black. I didn't notice until I was down the road.
Same issues as others with the kiosks not printing receipts. Essential when you've paid and they mess up your order or you wait +30min without your order coming up.
The interiors feels small and cramped. The ordering till is hidden behind a wall, when you come in from either entrance. There are too many dark colour's and black in the decoration, and it feels like the designer doesnt want people to stay and eat here, or sit & have a conversation.
The menu here feels like it has less options than other locations I've been too.
Nice drive through signs tho.

Just ordered at the drive-thru, the absolute worst location I’ve ever been to. Cashier extremely rude, store manager, Tyler smirking at me while I was speaking to him? I have never experienced this type of horrible service at any other McDonalds. New location, they need to provide a lot more training. I’ll never go back there.
We placed 2 orders on 2 terminals, and both terminals couldn't print the receipt. Then there was absolutely nobody behind the counter for about 5 minutes, when we received our order. Only then someone came to the counter to drop off our food, and disappeared again in the kitchen. We spend about 1/2 hour there, in which only occasionally someone came to the front to bring out food, otherwise no personnel at all in the guest room or behind the counter. And the layout of that place is so bad, that they can't see the counter from the kitchen, and guests can't even wave to someone in the kitchen because there is just no line of sight. Then there were no straws, only on request, and drinks are obviously delivered without straws at this location. The place was acceptably clean (not perfect), but only as charming as a hospital cafeteria. Looks like something is missing. Decoration. Furniture. Paintings or photographs. Idk.
The one guy who came from the kitchen was very apologetic, but of course, it was not in his powers to fix the management disaster at this location.
To the manager: You already ruined your business to the worst McDonald's location in entire Windsor-Essex, according to reviews. Don't let your staff and customers suffer because of your incapability. A call bell is the bare minimum you must provide for customers to get in touch with someone in the back, in case you are cash-strapped and can't afford to have someone at the counter at all times.
