  i went to buy a big mac meal. the burger was thrown in the box, horribly made, and sloppy as hell. i ordered a diet coke as im a diabetic but got home to realize they gave me root beer. very dangerous! somehow the 3 people ahead of me in the drive thru didnt get their order before me. do better !

  Every single order, something is wrong. Ive ordered like 10 times from this location since they opened. We have kids so our orders are bigger. Pickles when you ask no pickles, missing fries, you ask for 3 mango and 2 blueberry smoothies and they come backwards, wrong nugget sauces, smoothie machine broken after you order a bunch of smoothies and then its awkward, wrong wrap contents, etc.. Its like you don't want us to order food from you. I feel like I need to check the entire order before I leave. Food was usually fresh, last time the fries were a bit cold even in the car.

  Was very excited to see a new McD in our area but really disappointed by the slow service everytime I went there. I have started going back to the one on Dougall. Come on guys, please do better. We want you to succeed and stay here.

  Ive never been so dissapointed in a fast food chain in my life , ive been here 3 different times and each time something was wrong. One time they didnt add the items I PAID for to my sandwich , cold fries 2x the third time I went I decided forget the fries just get burger n drink. Burger was cold & dried out. Not only am I tired of waisting money & time at this establishment but I am disgusted. And the staff thinks its funny to hand a drink out the window with the lid not even on and juice dripping down the sides.

  Food is always old, they’re always mixing orders or forgetting things & when you bring this to their attention, they catch an attitude. I don’t understand the point of hiring local & what not, if no one actually wants to do their job properly? Why am I waiting 15 minutes at the drive thru Everytime? And why is my order ALWAYS cold, and wrong?
