This place is disgustingly slow, the staff is rude, they will make you wait 20 minutes when you go through the drive thru and then give you cold food, if you go inside you're ignored until you say something unless you want to wait around for a half an hour, your order is almost never right and if you say something once again they are rude. It doesn't matter if you go at 5am, noon, 5pm or 11pm it's all the same. Something needs to be done, it's actually ridiculous.

They’re cheating with the metrics of how long it takes to fulfill drive thru orders. I get it when they are busy but they do this even when it’s not busy. One car behind you and you need to move. Sure they will bring it to you but honestly the service should be faster than it is.
