  Our server was Betty and she was wonderful. She went above and beyond to give us a great dining experience. She's a gem and and I have never experienced a server with such a warm and outgoing personality.

  I can’t remember when I had so much fun at Swiss Chalet …… all due to our dynamic server, Betty. We need more people like Betty. Not only does she put a smile on one’s face, she literally makes one laugh with her humour and personality. That aside, she is also very efficient ….. able to read minds perhaps ….. brought me extra napkins without me even asking ….. life is really about the little things that lighten life. Betty is a definite asset to Swiss Chalet and deserves a raise. As I was telling her, I would return just for her humour alone. She is now my #1 waitress there and look forward to seeing her again. Thanks again Betty …… you are the best!!! 🤗

  It is always an exceptional dining experience here. The food is beautifully presented and delicious, the outstanding service and the beautiful ambiance compliments each other. A place to celebrate 🥳 special occasions as well. Keep up the great work.

  Had a great experience this evening. Haven’t been to this location in a long time, as it’s not close to us. We were In the area so went in. Restaurant is nice and clean. Waitress was Anne. Super friendly, very attentive to us. Great service. Food was hot. Nice atmosphere. Asked to be seated by the tv to watch blue jay game and they were very accommodating. Would definitely return here.

  10 stars! I had such a great experience here. The food was incredibly delicious, fresh, and full of amazing flavor. I was truly excited and impressed from start to finish. The atmosphere felt warm and welcoming, and you can really tell this place is run with care and passion. I highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be coming back. Thank you to the wonderful owners, Fitwi and Tirhas!
