  What's up with the prices at this place or kitchener area overall. Italian BMT footlong for $14.89 plus tax are you serious, what a rip off. Mississauga, Oakville , toronto the same sub for $11.39. That's insane. I'll never give this location any business.

  Ordered a footlong meal of the day through the app for pickup at 8PM (so 2 hours before close). The food was OK but the biggest issue was the drink machine to get my drink before leaving the store to walk home, I ordered Mtn Dew but the display for the drink machine to pour my own drink never had it listed that I noticed only Orange Crush, Pepsi, Dr Pepper and Brisk so I went for Orange Crush and it was so watered down that it may as well have been water. I'm not sure how to contact someone through text (I have ankyloglossia and prefer text chat/email over calling) about getting a possible partial refund at least for the drink as part of the combo.

  I have asked simple questions i order rice bowl why i get charged extra for rice that guy can just say sir we don’t serve veggie rice bowl so we make veggie bowl and add rice to it but he said we do things different here and u have to read menu before ordering every store have different prices and he was so rude and when we were eating staff was talking so loud

  I order from this location numerous times and the order is always slightly wrong but yesterday we got 4x "Great Canadian Club" foot long sandwiches and guess what, the cheese and bacon was totally missing!! I went in store the next day with photos and they offered me a cookie.... meanwhile they charge $6/sub for that "extra" cheese.
