When I came in and asked to switch the bread to flatbread Since I could not find it online, I was told that it’s been discontinued which I understood. Then I asked if I can help build the order to expedite the preparation, The lady took offence and said why people don’t do all these things. They disorder online and come and pick it up. Super racist experience. I’ve been ordering online for years now, even pre-pandemic but I’ve never experienced such service. Glad that this was my first and last time here since I don’t live in Kitchener

I asked for extra toppings and she kept refusing saying they do not do that and she can't close the sub if they give extra. However, my online order specified extra. She refused. I also paid by the app and she got very upset and said I am not allowed. I said other subways allow this and she said at this location it is wrong and not allowed. I ended up with 2 flat subs. Italian BMT with barely any meat compared to other subways. And a veggie sub with barely any lettuce. She was very unfriendly and rude. I regularly eats subs for lunch everyday and this location could have had my business but I will be giving my business to another location.
