  This has to be the worse McDonald's in the area.Horrible customer service from the manager this evening. He was rude and dismissive. He definitely needs retraining in customer service. I will never return to this McDonald's due to the horrible customer service I received. I use to go here all the time but tonight will be my last time. He gave me a hard time about paying with a $50 bill first of all. Then after paying for a tea he asked me to leave. It was freezing outside and I was waiting for a bus that was going to be an hour late. Compassion,kindness and good customer service go along way in life. He had none of these. Making a woman wait in the freezing cold so late at night was just very poor customer service on his part. As a front desk manager at a hotel for 10 years it was unacceptable to treat a customer this way. It's not something I would ever do to someone.

  I'm back drinking coffee once in awhile and it's McDonald's coffee...done with Tims like many are. I getting an XL DD and a Cranberry or Blueberry muffin. Other locations don't have muffins, they run out but this location always has at least 2 dozen.

  I am a huge supporter of this location however since new ownership took over it’s gone downhill. There’s always a wait for food and usually things are missing. Service is a mess also. Full garbage bins and lack of management. I opened this location back in the day and it’s no where near how we ran it back then. Corporate needs to pay a visit and get them back in line.

  One star is difficult to assign to a restaurant that just did the unthinkable. I went to the Sportsworld McDonald's in Kitchener and was trying to use their app to order a couple of breakfast combos. The app would not process my order, so I proceeded to the drive-thru window and asked the attendant for help. She would not accept cash for the purchase clearly visible on my cell phone. She sent for the manager who told me, quote "you have to place an order through the app". So they've gone so far as to make it impossible to shop at McDonald's unless you have a working app on your cellphone! They would NOT accept cash without a corresponding order displayed on their terminals in the restaurant. Zero stars for customer service. That's my last visit to this fast food operation.
