For a high-end chocolate shop, I expected a much more welcoming and attentive environment. What made it worse was seeing three employees standing together, chatting among themselves, completely ignoring customers. Not once did anyone offer help or even say hello. It felt extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. Customer service here was completely neglected, which really takes away from what should be a premium experience.
