  Stopped by recently and honestly had a great experience. The chicken was crispy and well cooked, and served fresh. The place was clean and the staff were polite and quick with the service. It’s nice to see consistency like this. Would definitely recommend!

  I came here to order food on Valentine’s Day. I placed an order in store through the computer but it apparently showed the workers another order. When it was given to me, I went back to show them and complain and the three workers there, including the supervisor said that it “wouldn’t be FAIR” for them to redo the order, and that the system has been malfunctioning. They had the audacity to ask me to buy another order and said that I was at fault for not ordering with them but with their device. I am highly disappointed and definitely not coming back again.

  this is the third time that it is happening I ordered a spicy Big crunch meal box every time I order here I always order at the front counter and I always tell the staff that I need it fresh and the stuff brings out the food to me in 2 minutes even when the person is ready to wait. why is the food not served fresh to them? is it that hard or is it just pure laziness? this location really needs some good management.

  Employees are overworked. This place is understaffed. Feel sorry for them having to keep up, especially on Tuesdays. Last time I came on Tuesday, the lineup was out the door and they couldn't take orders immediately due to order preparation. There should be more than 2 people taking orders and preparing food. Otherwise, food was delicious.
