  Dinner here was perfect! My steak was seasoned and cooked to perfection, our awesome waitress Terry helped me figure out the doneness I wanted and everything! My notoriously picky mom was absolutely gushing with praise for the schnitzel and the glorious mushroom gravy. Terry was even gung ho about helping us with lil alterations to our meals, like a virgin version of a drink for my mom, and subbing the veggies for one of their delicious salads. She was a great and fun waitress for us and I definitely appreciate how playful and easy to talk to she was! 10000000/10 will be back again, the dessert selections, mains, drinks, you name it! Everything was on point and sssoooo satisfying!

  Terry was our server and from the time she introduced herself, took our orders, sorting out last minute menu issues, helped bring out our drinks and food, checking in regularly, clearing finished dishes, to helping sort out the bill she was kind, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, approachable. She helped make our family outing wonderful. Please give her all the credit she is due. On 2026-04-12 Jess P was our server she was kind, helpful, thoughtful, friendly, approachable, handled menu substitutions, and helped to make our outing wonderful.   Recently visited the Kelsey’s Kitchener location, Ordered the buffalo wings and they were fantastic our waitress Jessica P was fantastic and very detail oriented Overall the experience was great. Thank you to the incredible staff.

  I had amazing server Kailey last night. She was very friendly, quick to get our drinks & we didn’t wait too long for our food either. The food was delicious & she made the whole experience so much better. I will definitely be back & will be looking for Kailey again.

  Went for the jays opening day and my birthday. Was seated very quickly by Leah who also helped to bring out a cake for me and respected my request to not be sung to! Which I appreciate. The food was great as always and our server was impeccable with making sure food was hot and at the table quickly. The atmosphere was nothing but amazing with the Jays game playing on almost every screen. No matter where you are sitting you’ll be able to catch it. Overall amazing experience.
