  This Harvey's location is my go-to spot for a quick meal, and I'm never disappointed! The restaurant is always clean and well-maintained, which is a huge plus. The staff are friendly and efficient, and Anisha is always willing to lend a helping hand. I've had some great experiences here, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a tasty meal on the go!

  I recently visited Harvey’s and had a really great experience overall. The food was fresh, hot, and exactly how I wanted it. I really enjoy being able to customize my burger, and everything from the toppings to the bun tasted fresh and well put together. You can definitely tell the difference with their flame-grilled burgers—they have a really nice flavor. What made the visit even better was the service. The staff were friendly, patient, and made sure my order was done properly. Even during a busy time, they handled everything smoothly and still kept a positive attitude, which I really appreciated. It honestly made the whole experience feel more welcoming. Overall, I left really satisfied. Good food paired with great service is always a win, and that’s exactly what I got here. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend this location to anyone looking for a quick but enjoyable meal

  I had a very disappointing experience with this restaurant. I placed an order through Uber Eats and needed to make a small change to my order right after placing it. I tried calling the restaurant 15 times, but no one answered the phone. It was extremely frustrating because the change I needed was minor and could have easily been handled if someone had just picked up the call. Poor communication like this really affects the overall customer experience. I understand restaurants can be busy, but completely ignoring customer calls—especially when it’s related to an active order—is unacceptable. I hope they improve their customer service and responsiveness in the future.

  I had an experience tonight that genuinely restored my faith in people. I went through the drive-thru just asking for a cup of water after realizing my wallet had been lost or stolen. It was late, and I explained my situation, expecting nothing more than a simple cup of water since I had been driving for a while and still wouldn't be home for some time yet. To my surprise, the woman working went completely out of her way to help me. Not only did she give me the water, but she also kindly added an order of deep-fried pickles, knowing I wouldn’t be able to get any food until I sorted everything out. I didn’t ask for anything beyond the water, which made her gesture even more meaningful. In a time when kindness can feel rare, this small but powerful act meant so much. I’m incredibly grateful for her compassion and generosity, it turned a stressful situation into something memorable for all the right reasons. Truly 5-star service, not just for the food, but for the humanity behind it. We truly need more people like her in this world. I hope she can gain some good Karma off of what she did for me, and I hope others in this world will do the same for others knowing that sometimes people may be going through a rough situation and the simplest act of kindness can make all the difference. Thank you kind stranger, I hope you see this.
