I assume the missing portion of the bowl was for the guac. We called and they couldn’t remake the bowl or give us a fry. Instead we got offered 2 soft tacos. The lady seemed like she didn’t know how to accommodate us and didn’t know what to do. All we wanted was our order done right but they didn’t know how to do that. The team on shift claimed to include the guac and fries. But it’s obvious that’s not true. It’s really not that hard to admit that there was a mistake but it seems they had trouble. I come here all the time with my partner and we never have any complaints or problems with this location, but this is unacceptable. It looks nothing like advertised and honestly isn’t even worth the price. They wouldn’t even take the bill I tried to pay with probably thinking it was counterfeit. I’d rather drive across town to a different Taco Bell after this.

I just called and they argued with me that it was at the right temperature. I tried explaining to whoever was on the phone. It’s not the temperature that the meat is bad And he was arguing with me, saying nobody else made a complaint and then proceeded to hang up on me. I will be reaching out to Taco Bell head office to let them know that the service here is unacceptable
