  A lot of noise from kitchen, HVAC and customers. Val did a great job looking after us. My suggestion would be to train your hostesses on how to recognize disabled folks to have them sit at hard back chairs instead of low booths that are hard to get out of

  I came with my family of young children and though the food was good and server kind and attentive, it took very long for the food to come out. Also, there are so many TVs in there that everyone had their eyes glued in a different direction and we couldn't carry on one conversation

  Had a great dinner at Swiss Chalet tonight. Our server Val was fantastic — friendly, attentive, and genuinely made the experience better without being overbearing. Food was solid as always, but Val’s service is what stood out. Exactly what good hospitality should feel like. Would happily come back.

  Came with family for lunch. I haven't been to this location in ages so it was nice to see it after some sorely needed updates and renovations. When we entered there was no host around, so it took a few minutes of waiting around and looking to see if anyone was coming to seat us. Ordered the festive special with ribs and everything tasted really good. Food came hot, lots of fries and an enjoyable meal overall. Service was a little lacking though, never checked in on and wasn't able to get a drink refill. But they were busy so perhaps it was just the day. Also a little disappointed the festive special doesn't come with chocolates anymore!

  I had a very bad experience at this location twice. I visited the restaurant last week and reached at 9:25 pm. I was told by the staff they cannot let us in as the kitchen is closed. It was fine as I thought it was late. But again I visited the restaurant again today with my family. We reached there at 9pm and we're told by the staff that they cannot let us in for dine in as dine in is closed at 8:30 pm!!! The website shows they close at 10pm. I asked i would like to talk to the manager. The lady (Juhi K) told she cannot help us. She is not sure why website doesn't show the correct time. When I pointed that the time board outside the restaurant still shows closing time as 10pm (see attached photo)!!!! For this also she didnt had any response. I have never experienced such bad customer service and would never go to this location ever again
