Placed a call on behalf of some guests staying at the hotel I work at, and he was completely accommodating and understanding especially during the holiday season. Knowing the urgency, and the VIP clients we had, he assured me the guests would be taken care of since the Chaperon for the guests had to leave. He delivered, and quite literally. He delivered the food to the hotel himself, and our guests were very happy. Thank you for your understanding of the hospitality industry. 😊

We will be back again thank you for the amazing service and food today .

Chicken was good and wrap was good but the french fries were inedible. They were hard as a rock and we both were unable to eat them and tossed them in the garbage. Extremely disappointing for a $61 order.

One thing that really stood out was how thoughtful she was with our infant — making sure drinks and hot food were never placed within reach. That level of care made us feel comfortable and truly looked after. Betty was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. We’ll definitely be back and hope to be served by her again!
