We wanted to order teriyaki chicken subs, but there didn’t seem to be enough chicken in the basket. Surprisingly, she managed to make three footlongs and there was still chicken left. When we politely asked for a bit more quantity, she responded with a very rude attitude, as if she was giving food from her own home or paying out of her own pocket. On top of that, the subs weren’t even packed properly and were handed to us in a plastic bag instead of a paper bag, which felt careless and unprofessional. Poor customer service, bad attitude, and sloppy packing. Definitely not the Subway experience we expect. Not going back again.
