    Very disappointing experience at this Subway. I ordered a Veggie Delite with a veggie patty, and the staff member preheated the patty without thawing it properly. When I pointed it out, she first gave an incorrect explanation and then admitted it was taken directly from the freezer. Instead of fixing it properly, she suggested reheating the entire sandwich with sauces and veggies already added, which makes no sense. There was no apology either. Unprofessional service and poor food-handling practices.

    I just have sub from this location and the girls do not know how to talk with customers and they didn’t make the sub as I wanted

    I clearly yelled not to put something on my sub and she put it on anyway, same with the girl ahead of me in line. They need to learn to listen to the customer. I asked for no crispy onions on one of the subs and both of my subs are now full with crispy onions. I HATE CRISPY ONIONS
