There was absolutely no resolution from the store — no delivery, no refund, and no follow-up. The management system is extremely poor. I was asked to call them myself for updates, which is unacceptable. The management takes no responsibility to follow up with customers. No refund, no compensation, not even a gift card or replacement meal was offered. To make things worse, the staff and management didn’t even seem to understand how the Subway app works — they kept insisting it’s only for pickup, even though I placed a delivery order through the app and saw a driver was assigned. Overall, If you order through the app, be prepared to get no help or response from management. I strongly recommend avoiding this location completely.

After overcharging and knowing that the purposefully over charged and we made the payment they were giggling in the corner.

- MYMihirsinh yadavSep 14, 20251.0I am having subway for years from different cities, but its always same price as on app, but this subway location is may comes as a special prices ( A footlong sub I ordered, prices I pay everywhere is 12.99 plus tax, today i paid 20 plus tax!!!), tbh I don’t know subway main franchise knows about this or not, so just want to recommend that if your prices are different do inform them before taking order, bcoz as much as i know subway works on same price everywhere.
