Worst Experience Ever!
I ordered Subway online for delivery, and it was a complete disaster. There was absolutely no resolution from the store — no delivery, no refund, and no follow-up. The management system is extremely poor. I was asked to call them myself for updates, which is unacceptable.
The management takes no responsibility to follow up with customers. No refund, no compensation, not even a gift card or replacement meal was offered. To make things worse, the staff and management didn’t even seem to understand how the Subway app works — they kept insisting it’s only for pickup, even though I placed a delivery order through the app and saw a driver was assigned.
Overall, If you order through the app, be prepared to get no help or response from management. I strongly recommend avoiding this location completely.
