  For the cheese snackwich they wouldn't let me add toppings and I didn't mind to pay extra. The item should be less than the others if it doesn't have the option of toppings like the others do

  I went here for lunch and was waiting in line watching the two older employees making other people's subs and I had noticed that not once did either employees ever change their gloves, not just that but the male employee scratched his nostrils WHILE making the person's sub ahead of me. When it was my turn to order I demanded that the employee change her gloves and replace the paper on the counter with a new clean one, with her bare hand she grabs it and slaps it down, I told her to replace it again but to put her gloves on first but she looked angry and confused! I walked out and I will never eat here. If basic food handling guidelines are too difficult and confusing you shouldn't be working in food! Absolutely disgusting! Who knows what else they're in violation of. Also, consider hiring Canadians that actually have the ability to communicate in English.

  Ordered from here on Christmas via doordash. Ordered 3 subs, they got 1 of the 3 completely wrong. Ordered a replacement and called the store to ensure accuracy. Sent the right sub but still got some of the ingredients wrong. I ended up paying for delivery twice for dinner and they still screwed it up even after a phone call and a digital list of ingredients provided. Worst experience ever, the owner should be ashamed of the staff since they apparently can't follow a list of toppings twice in a row. First sub they messed up was supposed be a Teriyaki Crunch, no tomatoes add BBQ sauce. They sent a veggie sub with mayo, pickles, sub sauce, BBQ sauce and olives. On their 2nd attempt there were no crunchy onions, barely any chicken and they added mayo to the sub that wasn't supposed to be there. They didnt even attempt to apologize but instead rambled about how they'd check the camera.
