    The customer service lady served the food and charged me around $3 for tips without my permission. Today, she messed up my salad with bacon that I do not eat and refused to serve me a new one.

    The only subway in KW my family and I will go to! The service is excellent, staff are all super friendly and the food is the most reliable of any location I've been to. 10/10!

    Two times in two weeks we've tried to order but this location continually does not have menu items for sale. Ciabatta buns, meatballs, egg patties. Its always multiple items "need to be made, will take 20 minutes". We've tried in the morning and afternoon. The location either is poorly run or they are inept and just not doing their jobs and hiding under the vail of "it's coming". Stop pretending to be a food establishment. Either sell your products or do something else. In 2025 you have the resources but are happy with a subpar status quo. Be better.
