The wrong bread was used on our sub, and all the sauces were applied sparingly, despite explicitly asking for extra. But the worst part was the staff's attitude when we returned. The employee said they called the manager, who suggested he shouldn't have let us enter the store at 10:02 anyway—two minutes past closing—rather than resolve the issue. Instead of apologizing for their mistakes, they blamed us and essentially told us to either take the incorrect, poorly made food or lose our money. Wasting our time and gas to get treated this way is completely unacceptable. Zero customer service, zero respect. AVOID this location"
