But this visit there was a stale bun, Barely any lettuce, 5 cucumbers, 2 1/2 per side, three onions per side, 5 hot peppers and just soggy. I throw the part i was eating out. I called and complained only to have a bigger problem. Telling me they would check cameras, no receipt no nothing, Had to prove my case with a bank image. People do not have gas or money to find out they are getting shit. This is just wrong. They made me call the manager off work to do anything about it. Did he? NO. Without washing hands ? wow. i told her to wash hands and she said she was sweeping using gloves so its ok. Really ????? where is the food handling practice ? where is customer service ? After that, she took out the italian herbs and cheese bread as per my request and I asked her to toast it with habanero cheese. She slams cheese with anger on the bread and when the bread comes out of the toaster, its torn ! Next she was holding a big handful of lettuce and threw that on the sub without even asking. super unhygenic, against food hamdling practices, poor quality, poor customer service ! I will this location again. Anyone who is reading this, plz visit a restaurant who knows how to treat customers and how to follow good food handling practices. 0 stars.
