- CSChhavi SharmaDec 31, 20251.0I had a very disappointing experience with this Subway IRA needles location. I ordered Big Veggie sandwiches, but instead I was given Veggie Delights, which are not the same. I called the store and spoke to a staff member named Jay, who told me to come any day and call 15 minutes before, and he would prepare the correct sandwiches for me. Later that afternoon, I called again and spoke to another employee, Ravi, who completely denied replacing the sandwiches. She gave me the owner’s number. When I spoke to the owner, he was extremely rude and unwilling to listen. He insisted that I bring both sandwiches back, even though I was already in Guelph, which was not reasonable. I even offered to return one sandwich immediately and have my husband bring the other one later in the evening, but the owner still refused and spoke very disrespectfully. The customer service was terrible, and the owner’s behavior was even worse. I am very disappointed and will not be returning to this location.

- MWMelissa WcAug 30, 20255.0We have been to many Subway locations and this one is by far the best. We are usually served by Jitendra and he is always polite and courteous. The ingredients are fresh and they don’t seem to run out of toppings like other locations do. The subs are actually piping hot after being toasted instead of just lukewarm. Jitendra will give you what you order without holding back on toppings. Like if you ask for double tomato he actually gives double tomato instead of adding one more slice. The store and seating areas are clean. Chips and drinks are well-stocked. We highly recommend this location!
