I did not feel welcomed or respected during my visit. Please don’t be misled by the 5-star ratings. I personally witnessed staff insisting that customers leave 5-star reviews and even taking their phones to submit the reviews themselves. This made me question the authenticity of the high ratings. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving customer service and transparency.
