- SSSarah StefflerNov 7, 20251.0Really disappointed in their custom service, timing, and work ethic. I called in an order for pickup and was told my food would be ready in 20 minutes. When I showed up, it wasn't yet ready and they said it would be about another 5 minutes. I waited for another 20 minutes (so over 40 mins for my order). It was not busy in the shop, one person ahead of me for a delivery order. The workers were frantic and yelling at each other. One of them took a picture of an order on his phone and then went back to making pizza and proceeded to take his phone out of his pocket to check the order. He was using bare hands to spread cheese, then check his phone, and then went back to spreading cheese. This was pretty gross and disturbing to see. The quality, work ethic, heath and safety, and customer service that I experienced tonight was extremely disappointing. My family has previously loved Papa Johns, but we certainly won't be back to this location.

I’ve never seen someone care so little about their job — talking over me, and acting like I was bothering them for simply placing an order. I tried to stay polite, but they made it impossible. Every word out of their mouth was rude and dismissive, like they couldn’t wait to get rid of me. Honestly, if customer service annoys you that much, maybe don’t work in it. I was so shocked that someone could be that disrespectful to a paying customer. This place clearly doesn’t value people’s time or money. I was frustrated and disgusted, promising myself never to place an order with them again
