    First time coming to this location and I was pleasantly surprised by the great service we received. Our server was Eric and he was beyond excellent. We also tried one of the items in the new menu which he recommended; the brisket with mashed potatoes, and it was delicious and perfect for the cold weather. The person who brought our food was also super friendly. Definitely coming back to this location!

    We had a late dinner and our server, Julia, was absolutely amazing! We dine out quite often, and it’s rare to find a server who is so friendly, honest, and genuinely great at her job. She made our whole experience better. We will definitely be back and will be asking to sit in her section!

    Enjoyed a group date with friends and tried the maple brisket smash and it was very enjoyable. Please keep this on the menu!! Our server Phy was sweet and amazing and Dan the manager was friendly as well.

    First time at this location. I was shocked at how much better the food was here than the 2 locations we go to in another city. The salads for once had plenty of dressing and the "salt" on the baked potatoes made it 10xs better. Our server Jenica was very polite and on the ball, first time a server actually noticed when I finished my drink and brought me another one. Just wish this service was in my city. Next time we are in kitchener we will definitely be going here again.

    We went yesterday for lunch and it was busier than we would expect. There were only 2 servers and possibly 1 manager. We were trying to be as understanding as we could that they were understaffed but we did wait over 40 minutes to get our food and it was not even hot. The couple that came well after us got their food first which we weren’t mad about but were annoyed that only after we asked when our food would be ready, it came out immediately. We assume our food had been ready for a while and just sitting under the heated lamp. Our server was polite and did not charge us for our drinks as we had to ask twice for it. Additionally, we went during happy hour which the promotion was $10 apps so we ordered the shrimp appetizer but were billed full price because apparently the shrimp was not part of the promotion. Weird. No where did it say only certain apps applied or did not apply. All in all, food was okay, service was understandably slow but for customers paying almost $100 we would have appreciated a better experience. Our server was great but definitely think this location needs to attend to their staffing issue. When we were leaving, there was over 6 parties waiting to be seated.
