    When the gentleman at the drive thru speaker kindly suggested upsizing my meal to a large fry, I thought i'd actually get more fries! Turns out, I just got a bigger box. Too bad. My suggestion is simple... fill it up!

    Electricity wire is coming out of the wall in the man washroom behind the toilet. I used the bathroom that all. And I took a picture of it today November 13 .time around 10.15 am

    we went around 9pm. we already sat down but we were told by an employee we have to move to somewhere else because they have to close the section we are in. there were no regular tables available so we have to sit by the window. also most of the garbage can are covered with trays so you cant dump things except one. Very BAD experience.

    I come to this McDonald’s regularly and although the service is always pretty good, I was especially impressed today with manager Dylan who had gone above and beyond with his customer service and over all care. From patiently waiting and helping us with our complicated and indecisive order to when we drove up to pay and wait for our food, he consistently showed his abilities of what friendly and helpful customer service should be!! You don’t normally expect this level of service at fast food restaurants especially when your order is complicated and confusing like ours, as most workers typically sound annoyed and just want to get on to the next customer. I was pleasantly surprised with dylan who continually cracked jokes while taking his time to make sure we got exactly what we wanted while not feeling rushed or annoying. I would love to see more service workers who seem to genuinely enjoy their job like dylan, and can’t wait for my next trip to McDonald’s on Ottawa even more:) great job!!
