My children told me the Playplace was very dirty and that the slide was soiled with a wet substance - I reported it to staff and they did NOT clean it and stated "we can't fit up in the structure to clean it". Nasty!

- JRJay RJan 31, 20262.0Cold fries…place is always dirty when I bring my grandkids here…garbages over flowing…a child threw up on the play ground floor and it took over 20 minutes for them to come clean it up after they were told about it. None of the tables are being cleared off or wiped down.
