Extra salty and soggy there are better fried chicken chains to go to. KFC just doesn’t make the cut anymore avoid this chain spend your money else where. Got my order after 10mins all pieces were thighs. I when back to let them know they have given me wrong pieces if they can change the two with legs. They refused to do so and wanted to refund my money back. The manager was very unprofessional and rude to me. Telling me to take my money and leave. All my life I’ve never seen this kind of customer service before.
