  been coming here for the better part of a year. service is always great. really likr their poutine. their online order options are very value driven. highly recommend using online ordering.

  Not only did we drive all the way across town to come to this specific location — passing another KFC on the way — but I ordered a simple three-piece meal and a sandwich and was told it would be 15 minutes. I had to circle back through the drive-thru and wait another 10 minutes, and still didn’t have my food. At first you want to blame a staffing shortage, but honestly it felt more like a lack of urgency and care

  I honestly now understand why ratings are low at this location. Today I went through the drive through. Older foreign lady taking the order kept cutting me off mid-sentence. I ordered an original big crunch sandwich, just the sandwich...no lettuce, extra mayo and a small fry. Is that a combo? No...just the sandwich. Is that everything? Did you get my small fry? Yes. Pull up to the window and she gives my total with the debit machine out the window already. I told her no, the total was wrong. She looked at the register and back at me and said no...?? I said...Its not enough. Did you get the small fry? Nope...adds it on. Pay for my order and left. Had to turn around and go back. My sandwich had lettuce and mayo. Couldn't even make it right. I was sitting at the drive thru window, laying on my horn and no one acknowledged I was there. 3 of them, the older foreign lady, a younger heavy set lady, and a foreign man, are all standing back in the fryer area (kitchen area) EATING. And it wasnt kfc food. Scooping it out of personal containers. Then, when was finally noticed, scattering and putting away food etc. When they came to see what the problem was and remaking my sandwich, no hands were washed..nothing! What kind of establishment and employees are working there?? Disgusting.

  I was at this location a few minutes before 11 am on a Thursday. I know they just opened a bit before, but why doesn't a chicken place have chicken ready? It was a Big Crunch sandwich for goodness' sake. Anyway, the drive thru staff told me it would be 7 minutes. I said okay, and was expecting them to say "pull aside, and we'll bring it out". Instead, I was told to come back through the drive thru in 6 minutes to pick it up. I don't eat out much, but is this normal nowadays? What if there was a drive thru line of a several cars? I'd have to go to the back of the line and get cold food? So, I parked in front of the restaurant, and decided just to go inside when the time was up. They'd served no other customers in my time waiting (drive thru or inside), so I knew there shouldn't be a problem. When I went in, at exactly the time I was told, they were talking about me! "I don't know where he is, I told him to come back through..." They clammed up when they saw me, and I just cheerfully said I'd rather just come in to get it. I was handed my bag (with no napkins)... no apology for the wait or "thanks for coming in"... the staff just looked at me like I had two heads. This was all really strange to me... no chicken cooked in a chicken restaurant, and staff unwilling to serve drive thru customers appropriately when food is delayed. I see why I rarely eat out. Next time I do, it certainly won't be at this KFC.

  This is the BEST KFC in town by far! All the staff are always so friendly, especially Renee! I come all the time with a person with disabilities who I support, and he is always so excited to come and always wants to come back. Renee always greets him so warmly with a big smile, and goes above and beyond to always give him the best experience possible! The food is always hot, and fresh, and quick too. Highly recommend this comfy, and very welcoming place to enjoy a quick and delicious and lunch.
