  The new reno looks great however the reopening has some issues. There are Kiosks for ordering now instead of a team member and because of this people's orders were getting messed up and staff became argumentative with customers. Hopefully this can be resolved with better training and management.

  Today December 28th, I went in and ordered the 18 pieces bucket for take out which comes with 5 sides, 2 of them were onion rings which I had to pay extra for the upgrade, I picked up the order in person BUT I didn't check the contents of the bag that was supposed to have everything inside it, upon opening it at home, there were only 4 sides, 1 calslaw, 2 fries and only ONE onion rings, the other onion rings was missing. Please check your order before leaving the store

  Not that they care or i will get a response. Just ordered my lunch meal, just a twister wrap by it self, easy enough. Pay for it, pull in the the lot, its a chicken sandwich special with awhile bunch of stuff i dont like, pull back around, just said hey think its a mix up on my order can i change it please, not a big deal, she plain out starts getting defensive, that is what you ordered, we dont need to change it. Excuse me, pretty sure i know what i ordered, plain english Twister wrap! Does not sound like holiday special chicken sandwich. So i finally get it, and can tell they are pissy, smallest sliver of chicken and put togethernlike a toddler assembled it. Horrible customer service

  I wanted to share my highly positive experience with the KFC located on Homer Watson Boulevard. It's clear this location has undergone a full, excellent transformation, both inside and out. The Great Improvements * Exceptional Cleanliness: The first thing you notice is how incredibly clean the renovated restaurant is. It makes a huge difference and immediately improves the dining experience. * Significantly Improved Food Quality: The quality of the meals has genuinely improved. The chicken is fresh, crispy, and flavourful—it feels like KFC has really stepped up their game here. * Outstanding Value: I highly appreciate the amazing deals they are consistently offering, especially the "$2 for $5" deals and other value meal options. The company has clearly come a long way in making their menu both high-quality and affordable. Areas for Management Consideration * Family Amenities: The only small drawback for dine-in guests is the lack of a few family-friendly amenities. Adding a kids' play area and more booster/high chairs would make this a perfect spot for families. * Drive-Thru Promotion: I strongly recommend that management make their fantastic value meal deals, like the 2 for $5, more prominently displayed on the exterior drive-thru boards. This would be a quick and effective way to catch the eye of drivers passing by and encourage them to stop for a quick, valuable meal. ✅ Final Verdict Despite the couple of minor points, this KFC is a highly recommended place to visit. The combination of the beautiful renovation, the extremely clean environment, and the significant improvement in food quality makes this location stand out.

  My first time heading back to this location ever since they renovated and although the esthetics was slightly improved, the service did not. I placed my order through the mobile app and my intention was to hit the drive-thru because it's suppose to be convenient. Tell me how they told me they were not allowed to serve me unless I stepped inside into the store, meanwhile I had my order number and receipt readily available to show them. What I thought was convenient turned out to be inconvenient. Not to mention that when I went inside the store, the employees there did not have any reasoning as to why I had to come in, except "this is the new policy". According to who, the company or that store itself ? Very disappointed in the service provided.
