  Shocking, awful awful service at this location. Waited for 20 mins in the drive through with only three cars in front of us. Had to repeat the order at least 8 times, they never told us when the order was locked in and then proceeded to talk to us like we were a new car ordering fresh. Got to the window the order was wrong, had to reorder and repeat again 3 times what we wanted. No apologies on the wait and delays, all we got were snarky smiles from the staff. Pulled into the car park after to check the order…, it was wrong, had to go back in and get the order corrected, again no apologies. The WORST fast food experience I’ve ever experienced, save the stress and go to elsewhere.

  Very disappointing experience. The waiting time was almost 30 minutes, even though there were only a few customers inside. There were only 2–3 staff members working, and they were prioritizing the drive-thru while people inside were left waiting far too long. On top of that, the staff dealt with customers very rudely, which made the experience even worse. Completely unprofessional and poorly managed. This store seriously needs to improve its staffing and customer service.

  Ordered Uber eats from this location. Arrival time went from 20 minutes to 1.5 hours. I canceled once arrival time was updated (7 minutes after order). They said they already started order and they couldn't cancel. They denied my refund. I drove to location only to find other people waiting longer for there food than when I originally placed the order. They didn't start my order , they attempted to steal my money. Absolute criminals. I eventually got my order that I paid for. Cold, soggy, terrible food. Haven't ordered kfc in years and will never again.

  I had a frustrating experience at the kiosk where I ordered 6 pieces of chicken. I specifically requested staff member all drumsticks but when I followed up with a staff member, they said they didn't have any drumsticks and would give me what they had instead. When I asked for a refund, the cashier claimed it wasn't possible since I placed the order through the kiosk, which didn't make sense to me. Another staff member even tried to blame me for not placing the order correctly, and they spoke to each other in their native language, It's unfortunate that the owner has such an underperforming team. They don't seem to deserve to represent a franchise, especially when there are many capable individuals looking for work in Kitchener.

  Picked up a $72 family dinner last week. Got home and the macaroni salad was missing plus an order of onion rings Staff dont update the order tracker, so don't rely on this. Chicken was soggy, fries were cold. Tried to call the restaurant to report missing food, no answer. Emailed head office who said I would be reimbursed, but have seen nothing yet, and no reply to my follow up emails. I have also seen the staff eating French fries from peoples orders while waiting in the drive thru. Only reason I go back is because the boyfriend loves KFC, but will now go to Mary Browns instead
