Every other Harvey’s I’ve visited has no issue garnishing a poutine, but here they flat-out refused—even when I offered to pay extra. It’s such a simple request, and the attitude I got made it clear they just didn’t care. It’s frustrating because adding a few onions or olives isn’t a big deal, and it’s what makes my food taste the way I like it. After this experience, I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this location.

The veggie burger and poutine is always good, and what really makes my heart feel is the kindness of one particular team member. One of the gentlemen who wear a turban and works in the kitchen and at times the drive thru on Wednesday nights and I would like to say how much I appreciate and love the way he treats the customers. Such a difference is made by his warm smile, the attitude of respect, and the attention he gives to each order. You can taste the good mood that he adds there. It sincerely cheers me up all day when he is working.

I will never return to this Harvey’s because of that lady I drove away with my soggy food i should’ve took pictures because I didn’t even finish it.
