  Been going to this DQ my whole life and I don’t know if there is a new manager or owner and if he was who serve us at the counter but, the service here has gone way down hill! Whatever happened to service with a smile and he seems so irritated and done with us and his life. He didn’t even try to understand what we were asking for (slightly weird order we wanted a vanilla cone with some chocolate sauce just poured a in cup on the side just having some fun in a Sunday wanting to try a little TikTok hack we saw and we weren’t trying to inconvenience anyone.) he didn’t seem to care at all to even have a customer infront of him trying to give money to his business. We ended up just getting chocolate soft serve in cup. We were so unimpressed and didn’t feel like he would’ve wanted to rectify the situation and help us so we saved him and ourselves the trouble and just left. Will not be attending this DQ again I’m sure the other staff there are nice and welcoming. I’ve almost never written a bad reviews and it sucks to write one about a childhood staple for myself and my community. But, seriously DQ management/franchisees UP YOUR GAME. If you don’t want to have a business where you want the customer to feel welcomed or even HEARD then don’t operate a customer facing business.

  All the bad reviews are true! If I could give this place negative stars I would. I had a terrible experience yesterday. Food places should never take complaints or customers as a joke. Story time: I bought an ice cream cake for my birthday yesterday evening. I was so excited me and my parents had a slice and the WHOLE bottom layer tasted like rotten milk and dirty ice. Absolutely disgusting. I explained very clearly on the phone what the issue was and if there was anything they could do. The guy on the phone was rude and said “well it’s vanilla” like I don’t know what vanilla cake is supposed to take like 🤨. Anyways he ended up telling me that if there was more then half the cake and I had the recipe and went right away they could refund me. I did exactly that I had the recipe and the cake and took it in at around 8:30 pm just few hours after I had BOUGHT IT. I walk in and boom 3 workers there waiting for me given me dirty looks like I had done something wrong. And before I even start speaking they tell me “well we can’t give you the refund we talked to the manager on the phone and he said we can’t” like excuse me what. I just called u on the phone and that is not what you said. So not only are these employees rude. They lie and don’t honour their words. They should have told me no one the phone before I wasted my time going back. They also wanted to taste the cake in front of me but didn’t want to refund me. Honestly laughable at how terrible this place is. Please don’t buy from here.

  This dairy queen location is a very clean location but the washrooms are really gross and dirty. Other then that the food is great and fresh.
