  Thank you Kiran and the Burger King staff for a very nice dining experience this afternoon! This was our first time at this location and we were impressed. The restaurant and washroom were clean and the food was great! I rated the food a 4 because l felt the medium fries were small compared to other places. Kiran was very patient and friendly as we placed an order for 9 people. She took the time to confirm our order and handled all of our requests with a smile. Keep up the great work, we will be back!

  Every single time we go here this location gets at least one or multiple things in our order wrong. After repeated issues with our orders at this location over the past few months, my family of 5 will be taking our business elsewhere.

  This is my favourite Burger King - I purposely drive further to come to this location for breakfast. Staff is friendly, and food is always fresh. But - what is up with the hours? I've come here to get breakfast, anywhere from 8:30am-10am, and sometimes it isn't open - like today. I came shortly after 9am, went through the drive-thru because one side was open - all the screens were off, nobody was there. I drove to the front, again all the lights were off. Eventually I saw 2 staff members came in around 9:30am. I didn't bother going in because it said it was closed. So, I got Starbucks. Hours on the door and on the app are saying it opens at 10:30am, but yet breakfast says it's done by 10:30am. App doesn't let you redeem breakfast items either for the location - it says must wait until 6am when location is open?! Which makes no sense. Other times I have come again, weekday or weekends, lights were on, but doors were locked, so I couldn't get anything. I called the store, saw staff inside, but nobody answered. So, I knocked on the door, and they said they forgot to unlock the doors but were open?! CAN THE OWNER CONFIRM THE CORRECT HOURS, OR WHAT IS GOING ON?! AND ARE YOU SERVING BREAKFAST STILL? I drive a far distance to get to your location, and it's really inconvenient when I get there and it isn't even open some days. This is happening completely at random. So, I don't know if your staff are just very late, or if the hours changed?

  Visited on Monday November 10th around 8:30, Great service, nice workers they were very polite to me and my children, offered them crowns and helped me select what would be the best meals for my kids, Food was amazing, nice and fresh. As a first time costumer to this location i can say i will be coming back more often. Great job guys!

  I was excited for this location but the employee was short and rude when taking my very uncomplicated order, there was no customer service skills. Food was okay but thrown into the bag upside down.. I guess due to the employee being annoyed. He gave us a super tiny amount of fries that were ice cold. It really is too bad I wont be returning, the location in north waterloo is way better.
