We were the only people in there and tables were all dirty and garbage container overflowing, staff was behind counter all talking and on phones. One guy did collect a few trays but just set them on counter dirty for next people to use. Won't be back.

I can honestly say the customer service here was better than what I’ve received at many high-end restaurants. The staff was incredibly friendly from the moment we walked in, but what really blew me away was how they treated us at the end of the night. We were enjoying our meal and completely lost track of time. We didn't even realize the lobby had officially closed. Usually, employees (understandably) want to go home and will rush you out the door the second the clock strikes closing time. Instead, the team here was so patient and kind. They didn't hover, they didn't make us feel guilty, and they didn't rush us at all. They graciously let us stay a bit past closing just so we could finish our food in peace. It is rare to find a team that goes above and beyond like this. They turned a standard fast-food run into a genuinely great night out. To the management: give this crew a raise! They represent your brand perfectly. We will definitely be back.
