Listen okay, i'm a humble and normal guy right? I don't always expect employees to smile or act the best because I understand the struggle, HOWEVER.... When I asked for a water cup (for water of course) They asked me to leave and when I insisted, they squirted mustard all over me and my (all 3) gerbils (yes I keep my pet gerbils in my breast pocket) which caused them to develop acute kidney injury and pass away. Do NOT go to this arby's

Do not expect staff to follow special instructions when ordering through apps. I even called before placing my order, and staff ensured me it would be correct. They failed to do that, and followed none of the instructions. Not even the driver delivering it could follow instructions either, or they lied to them as well. Go in person, or not at all.
