  Horrible experience.. we order a Sunday and banna split.. waited 5 minutes recieved the sunday then told that someone ran to no-frills for bananas... once they came back with the bananas, never washed their hands! so instead of a confrontation I just left.

  This DQ has to be the worst. They don’t carry grilled Chicken burgers anymore. (The menu says they do) the owner seems extremely cheap, the place stinks doesn’t smell clean or look clean at all. They have a bunch of junk and very old signs and posters all over the doors and windows. Employees aren’t nice either they are miserable. My food always comes cold and the one time my poutine had old chunky cold gravy on it! (Yuck) Just avoid this place unless you enjoy disappointment

  Don’t order from this location! If you do, don’t use their deliver option as this place will get your order wrong and since it uses Uber Eats you get no customer service. Paid $4 in extras to my blizzard and received none of the add toppings I selected. Robbery!!

  terrible at communicating on phone, email, whatever, i’ve been waiting months even with following up. and even worse at “making it right”. i’ll drive out of the way so i don’t have to visit here which is closest to my house.

  Been going to this DQ my whole life and I don’t know if there is a new manager or owner and if he was who serve us at the counter but, the service here has gone way down hill! Whatever happened to service with a smile and he seems so irritated and done with us and his life. He didn’t even try to understand what we were asking for (slightly weird order we wanted a vanilla cone with some chocolate sauce just poured a in cup on the side just having some fun in a Sunday wanting to try a little TikTok hack we saw and we weren’t trying to inconvenience anyone.) he didn’t seem to care at all to even have a customer infront of him trying to give money to his business. We ended up just getting chocolate soft serve in cup. We were so unimpressed and didn’t feel like he would’ve wanted to rectify the situation and help us so we saved him and ourselves the trouble and just left. Will not be attending this DQ again I’m sure the other staff there are nice and welcoming. I’ve almost never written a bad reviews and it sucks to write one about a childhood staple for myself and my community. But, seriously DQ management/franchisees UP YOUR GAME. If you don’t want to have a business where you want the customer to feel welcomed or even HEARD then don’t operate a customer facing business.
