- DEDawn E2 days ago3.0I have often eaten food from Chick-fil-A. Many of their menu items I do enjoy. However, I was deeply disappointed last Wednesday when I sent my daughter to purchase a salad, and the grilled chicken was so extremely burnt that I couldn't eat it. I was unable to return it, so I had to toss it. I couldn't believe that such low quality food, left the restaurant to a consumers plate. Chick-fil-A is known for its quality food and high standards. So I'm just prying this was a one off situation.

The dining waste bin was overflowing and the washroom was very dirty. Urine on floor and toilet seat and used paper towels on the floor. It makes one question the cleanliness of the kitchen . Sorry for the bad review, I really enjoy the food.

The food is alright, to be honest, it tasted better when we had one of the few locations in Canada. Now, I realize that it was nothing that special. Would recommend going to grab hot chicken instead, it tastes better and is more filling, there is a Dave's across the street, and Penny's is just a highway away. That said, the Chick-fil-A sauce is unbeatable, and I will be back for a milkshake this summer.

So the new trick is which sauce and how much to make the sammie better. Just a suggestion, they should have suggested sauce pairings from Customers and staff. Will I go again, I am sure I will... but I have enjoyed others chicken sammiches more...
