    I went to this Burger King earlier today between 4:30 and 5:00 pm. I brought a Big Fish Burger/combo and up the fries to a large + diet coke through the driveway. I was then told to drive to the side and wait. That's usually the case when they have to make fresh fish. I got my meal a few minutes after. The fries was good to be honest. As I was about to take a bit on my Burger. I then noticed that the lettuce didn't look fresh to me. When I checked. It was a bad piece of lettuce they packed on my meal. An Indian guy who took my order, and another Indian guy brought it to my vehicle. This is the only Burger King I go to. What these people think???? We work for our money. When we pay for our meal. We shouldn't be given crap to eat. What is a Burger without lettuce?? Not that tasty. It doesn't taste the same. I took the lettuce off anyways and finished my meal. I was not going to throw away my money. Attached are the photos. I will not be going back to that Burger King ever. They just lost a very frequent customer. I paid for a Fish Burger meal. I should have been given my money's worth. You guys needs to dump the trash, and don't give people to eat. As I was writing this review. I became so upset. Became the person who was putting the burger together had to have seen that the lettuce was bad. And they still sell it to their customer. Became that's the only lettuce was inside. They can't say oh well! It was hidden underneath the other pieces. So, I called and spoken to one of the 3 Manager I was told was there. His name was Ray. He was very sympathetic about it. I told him I don't want a free burger, but he need to speak to his workers, and not to sell trash to customers.

    The weekly spot for me and my coworker. 4 out 5 times are fries are fresh and delicious. Food is fairly priced and much better quality and quantity than the competing chains on Victoria.

    I visited this Burger King location recently and unfortunately had an uncomfortable experience. One of the staff members preparing food had a long beard and was not wearing a beard net. It made me feel uneasy about the cleanliness standards while my food was being handled. Food safety and hygiene are really important when dining out, and seeing this made it hard for me to feel comfortable eating my meal. I hope management addresses this to ensure proper hygiene protocols are followed in the future.

    I hate to pile on with all the negative reviews but I feel like this restaurant is what Google Reviews is meant to help people avoid. At least a number of other people share my general opinion. Here it is: Unless your order is just a combo number with no modifications, they will consistently get your order wrong. And that's when they can understand you at all. Maybe I'm just unlucky, but my consistent experience here is that I have never been served by someone proficient in either of Canada's official languages. I come once every 5-7 weeks, because I crave a particular food item, but they almost never make it like I want, despite my repeated clear attempts to explain what I mean. It's really not hard. The drive through is super slow, and I always feel like I'm inconveniencing the employees, who always appear rushed and/or distracted, even when there aren't a lot of customers. Funny, another reviewer commented on the same thing, and the restaurant responded with a stock message that basically said "thank your for your positive review". That pretty much sums it up: incompetent service and inept communication.
