  Thank you for the great service (March 31 @5pm). The front till lady was very nice and food was made quickly. The restaurant is always kept clean. Appreciate ya!

  This franchise place serves your order fast and the taste of their burgers is not bad. The front staff members are easy to communicate with as well.

  We always used to eat hamburgers here, but when I went to pick up the order today, the doors were locked even though it was 10:17. I had to collect the order from the drive-thru as a pedestrian, which was unsafe for me.

  Roselle is a ROCKSTAR!!!! she is genuinely so sweet and her customer service is incredible. Every interaction with her has been so pleasant. Thank you Roselle❤️

  Myself and friends went to pick up an online order. They gave us a bag, we pulled to the parking lot to check it. Wrong order. Wrong name on the slip, Wrong items. We drive back around to get the right food and he asks for the first bag back "because that person has to get their food". We let him know it's been opened and foods been touched and he still wants it back. We had it back cause like we don't want it but also we were SUPER icked out by the implication that he plans to just reseal and pass it on. We got our order, pull out, aaand no drinks... 3rd try we finally get everything but holy food safety violation Batman! I so hope we misunderstood him but with everything else being wrong, I'm not so confident
