  Never again I stop here all the time so I can eat in my 5 ton on the way back to North Bay. I went in and they were making subs for a school order and was told to wait while they worked on the school order. I'm standing there rdy and willing to pay. Instead I left and will never return.

  I travel often for work and usually choose Subway because it’s a healthier option than most fast‑food places. I’ve visited many locations, and unfortunately, the Kirkland Lake Subway has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had. The store is noticeably not as clean as other Subways, and the staff consistently ignore simple requests. If I pay for extra cheese and bacon, I expect it to be added. If I ask for my sub toasted, I expect it to be toasted. I shouldn’t have to repeat myself multiple times just to get the one topping I’m asking for. The attitude from the employees is also disappointing. I understand these locations are privately owned, but as a brand, Subway should really look into the Kirkland Lake store before it ends up being shut down by a health inspector.   Priyanka is amazing! She always makes the best sandwiches with so much care and attention to detail. Her customer service is outstanding—she’s friendly, patient, and never turns customers away, even when it’s busy. You can really tell she takes pride in her work. Because of Priyanka, this Subway location is always a great experience. Highly recommend!

  Very disappointed. The meat portions were so small that ordering double meat seems necessary just to get a normal sandwich. I paid about $10 and mostly got bread and lettuce. When I asked about it, the staff were rude and dismissive. Judging by other reviews, this is a common issue. Not worth the price and not a pleasant experience.
