  This has to be the WORST location I’ve ever been to. Quarter pounder missing the hamburger patty, being shorted nuggets because they can’t count, or as of this morning, no bacon on my breakfast sandwich despite being a BACON sandwich. The kids in the kitchen can’t read the screen apparently. You can see why people check their bags before walking or driving away.

  This is the sixth time in a row that I went through the drive thru and they had no apple pies available. They said barely anyone orders them so they do not refill the the apple pies. So this of us that want apple pies have to drive to Leamington or go without. Six times!!!!! Really???? Also 13 minutes in the drive thru to get our order and there was only two of us in the drive thru only to get home and all our food was very cold. We live 1 minute away!This franchise branch in Kingsville never ceases to disappoint! What a joke!!

  Went there today and used the kiosk to order and use my coupons, said yes to pay at counter!! Well let's just said the GM or the girl who said she was the GM is a waste of space!! I guess anyone can be a GM at the American restaurant, said they cant see my order as the kiosk is not sending it to the counter, so the coupons as now gone!! Walked away, after asking the GM for the head office # and the store # , she wouldn't give it to me, A & W was so much easy to deal with and just in the next city!! MCDONALD'S THIS GM AND STORE IS A FAIL!

  Nightshift can't get anything right, had me waiting 30 minutes inside the restaurant only to serve me a sloppy egg sandwich with grease dripping down the side and yolk all over the exterior of the wrapper. The abomination that was my sandwich looked something similar to what you'd step over on the sidewalk, and as for my fries, stale with no salt. I understand being busy but when you have a look in the kitchen you can see the absolute and utter chaos going on. Bunch of kids running around bare hands no hair nets not knowing there positions, accompanied by absolute chaos and I am super disappointed with my meal. Third time I came here and had a bad experience, first time they haven't missed something in my meal so that's about the best I can add to this review.
