The staff substitute items in blizzards if they run out of something without disclosing that prior, the peanut buster parfaits have come with barely any hot fudge or peanuts, each time I order it is less and less. I did reach out on the website and was told they sent it to the manager of the kingsville location a year ago but nobody ever reached back out. Too expensive to keep supporting bad quality.

This guy manages several locations in less densely populated areas of Windsor and all have consistently low ratings and negative reviews. What’s funny is that it takes a lot (generally speaking) for most Canadians to leave a poor review as they are such fine people. They do not participate in National free cone day. My fellow Canadians, enough is enough: stop sending your hard-earned dollars over the river to Detroit and keep them here where they belong. Plenty of other DQs nearby with local ownership who appreciate their customers (unlike this one.) Worst DQ operator in Canada—barr none.
