    Another shameful disgrace and insult to a beloved and iconic American brand by the absentee owner from Detroit who skimps on portions and overcharges simultaneously. This guy manages several locations in less densely populated areas of Windsor and all have consistently low ratings and negative reviews. What’s funny is that it takes a lot (generally speaking) for most Canadians to leave a poor review as they are such fine people. They do not participate in National free cone day. My fellow Canadians, enough is enough: stop sending your hard-earned dollars over the river to Detroit and keep them here where they belong. Plenty of other DQs nearby with local ownership who appreciate their customers (unlike this one.) Worst DQ operator in Canada—barr none.

    Dawson is always friendly, helpful, and an absolute pleasure to deal with! Every visit is better because of his great attitude and consistent top-notch service. Kingsville DQ is lucky to have him!

    ⭐ 0/5 — Absolutely Disgusting Experience If I could give zero stars, I would. The staff at Dairy Queen Kingsville are unbelievably rude and unprofessional. They were loudly talking about inappropriate things behind the counter right in front of customers — totally unacceptable behavior. The manager and supervisor are just as clueless and clearly have no control over what goes on. This location is a complete embarrassment to the Dairy Queen name. I’ll never be coming back, and I strongly suggest others stay away until they get proper management and respect for customers.
