  Order through taco bell website Food never came Called and was told to cancel the order then hung up on. No way to cancel order online I feel robbed.

  At the drive-through, we asked for a normal fry on the side. The worker said, "A nacho fry?" which we corrected to "No, a regular fry," and she proceeded to confirm that she understood. We also ordered fries supreme with tacos. We drove up to the window, paid, and asked for a receipt. I noticed we were charged for two nachos and cheese. She approached the window with our food and tried to hand it to us quickly and shut the door fast when we stopped her. I asked her if we could be refunded for one and be charged for a normal fry as ordered. She said, "Oh, that reminded me, I forgot to get your nachos and cheese anyway. And sorry, we don't do regular fries." She proceeded to offer to give me fries with nothing on them but still charge me $3.50 for the nachos and cheese. I said no, I want a regular fry cost. I'm not paying more money for a regular fry. She then said that I wasn't understanding her, and I said I hear her clearly, but I just want a refund at this point. She gave us cash and shut the window so quickly. Very poor customer service and communication. They were also laughing over the monitor as we were ordering our food. We will not be returning.

  Ordered a crunchwrap and a chili cheese burrito and it had no meat. Will never order from.here again.

  Truly disappointing. Taco Bell used to be decent but over the past years has begun selling lower quality food with bad service. Everything is subpar. I ordered a Crunchwrap supreme, the exterior soft tortilla was hard as a rock, the French fries, super cold. Both indications of old food. One employee wore gloves, however, the employee that touched the dirty register with bare hands, handled the food without washing her hands or wearing gloves. Gloves are not mandatory but at least wash your hands. The lack of mandatory sanitation of the employees is disgusting.
