- KLKim Lat2 days ago5.0We wanted to point out the exceptional service from Aiden at Swiss Chalet (off Division St) my husband & I recently had lunch with my elderly parents. Not only was Aiden accommodating to my mother’s mobility challenges but she was kind to the questions my mom had. The food was excellent like we would expect at Swiss Chalet but the recent addition of the Mac n cheese was fabulous (tasted like what mom would have made at home!) This may seem like a little thing, but in their 80’s while adjusting to retirement home living & use to home cooked meals, our lunch did not disappoint but also allowed for their budget to take my husband & I out for our birthdays. They still want to contribute & be of use despite being on a tight budget.

The rotisserie chicken was juicy, the Chalet sauce was on point, and the fries were fresh and crispy. What made this visit better than others was the service. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure everything came out quickly and correctly. The restaurant itself was clean, comfortable, and had that classic cozy Swiss Chalet feel. Compared to other locations, this one just felt more consistent and well-run. Definitely one of the better experiences I’ve had with Swiss Chalet. I’ll be coming back for sure.

We had one kid at our table and he did such a great job with her. Brought us the treasure chest and helped her pick a fun treasure! We had animating lunch to celebrate our 88 year old birthday girl!
