  Sunday March 29th. I was served a sub that was inedible and rather than make me a new one the manager on duty said she’d give me a bun and I could transfer the ingredients from the bad sub I had into a new bun. Ridiculous. So I left paying for absolutely no food in my hand. 0 stars all around. Ive never experienced that one before. Holy. lol terrible.

  Just went nov 16 9:15pm and was served by a lady who was actively on the phone on her AirPods the whole time. I had to repeat toppings many times as she was mid conversation, ended up leaving without toppings that I had asked for. Then she added the wrong cookies into the bag and I didn’t realize. Very unfortunate experience.
