  I should have realized their giant unattended carafes of coffee wouldn't be fresh, but I didn't expect room temperature as well. My daughter DID like her cookie, but I wasted my money.

  I really enjoy Panera, it’s unfortunate that so many of them have closed so I was happy to see one in Kingston while visiting. The service was polite and efficient. Our food came quickly and the restaurant was clean. Pretty standard as a franchise. I tried the Harvest Salad with chicken this time which I was very happy with. I’d go back again. Their Mac and Cheese and Creamy Tomato Soup is the best.
